Money-Back Guarantee Policy
How eligible participants can request a full or partial refund where the Academy cannot put a shortfall right.
A refund request must be submitted in writing within 14 calendar days of the programme start date, after attending at least the first session, and must set out clearly and in good faith how the programme fell short of the standard described.
Programme fees may be refundable where the described standard was not met, while items such as issued materials, completed certification or examination fees, and unrecoverable third-party costs are excluded. Requests are acknowledged within five working days, assessed by an independent reviewing officer, and decided in writing; approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 14 working days.
