Course Completion Policy
The clear, consistent standards a learner must meet to be recorded as having completed a course and to receive a certificate.
To complete the Coaches' Educational Workshop, a learner must attend at least 80% of structured learning hours (a minimum of 24 of 30 CPD hours), participate actively, complete the practical assessment, and comply with the Code of Conduct.
Learners who fall short do not receive the full certificate but may be issued a record of partial attendance or, where practicable, a fair opportunity to make up missed elements. Mitigating circumstances are considered sympathetically, reasonable adjustments are made, and completion or certification decisions may be appealed through the Learner Complaints Procedure.
